Completely natural. We picked all plants ourself from the clean areas of fields, mountains, forests at all Portugal or in our garden.
The length of one bundle is 15-17 cm (6-7 inch), by 3-4 cm (1-1.5 inch) thick.

These portuguese cypress incense is great for overall purification and healing. Attract prosperity, protects from the hostility of others, prevents vampiric contacts, releases your energy, gives comfort.

As with all nature products, each item may differ at times to the photo shown. Please expect natural variations. The crushing of the incense is a natural process as the herbs are very well dried. You can collect crushed plants and burn them on coal or candle.

Directions for use: Light the tip of the smudge stick in a candle flame. Wait a little and blow it away so that it starts to smolder and smoke. Now you can start smudging. Smudge yourself, objects, room, whatever you want and for how long you need it. It lifts the burden of negativity and puts your mind at ease. Natural incense smoke is intense, so use it carefully in small spaces. The smell may linger for hours after smoking. Or you should ventilate the apartment thoroughly immediately after smoking. Ensure that you use with a fireproof bowl to catch any falling embers and put the stick out after each burning session using the bowl. Never leave lit incense unattended and avoid areas with drafts such as open windows.

Incense is intended for adults. People who are allergic to a given plant should also not use them.
